Asp Pechuga is made from Agave americana. On the third distillation a recipe of fruits, nuts and spices along with kangaroo meat is immersed into the distillate for over 24 hours. The resulting product is a creamy, yet spicy spirit revealing notes of lavender, raw green pumpkin seeds and melon. The kangaroo adds some gamey flavour , but not overpowering. Our Pechuga is uniquely Australian and definitely worth a taste.
