Aged for 13 months in 3rd use American oak, ex bourbon barrels. We then rested the spirit in glass for 3 months before bottling.
An Anejo should have less barrel and more agave. Our Anejo reflects this with the lighter golden colour. The nose is honeycomb and butterscotch. Nougat and Brie cheese on the palate. Savory and delicious with a long warming finish.
Allow the Anejo to breathe and sip neat from a Glencairn or your favourite whisky glass.
